How Do I get to the Fair?

Train & Tube

Olympia London is the only venue in London with a dedicated rail station, served by the London Overground and national rail networks. A further five Underground lines are connected; only a short walk away, so everyone can arrive together.

London Overground

Kensington (Olympia) is on the London Overground network.

It's one stop from Shepherd's Bush (Central line) or West Brompton (District line).

The venue is located next to the station - simply cross the road at the zebra crossing, turn left passing the entrance to the Grand Hall and turn right at the corner to enter the West Hall on Blythe Road.

Piccadilly Line
Baron's Court is a 9 minute walk away.

Hammersmith & City Line
Hammersmith Station is an 5 minute bus ride or 15 minute walk away.

Circle Line
Hammersmith Station is an 5 minute bus ride or 15 minute walk away.
High Street Kensington is a 4 minute bus ride or 12 minute walk away.

Central Line
Change at Shepherd's Bush for a 2 minute Overground train to Kensington (Olympia).

District Line
Change at West Brompton for a 2 minute Overground train to Kensington (Olympia).
Alternatively, West Kensington is an 8 minute walk away, and High Street Kensington is a 4 minute bus ride or 12 minute walk away.
There is also an occasional service from Earls Court on weekends, and for some major events. Please check before you travel.


By Bus

Olympia is served by the following bus routes: Hammersmith Road 9, 10, 27, 28. Holland Road 49. North End Road 391


By Car

Olympia Exhibition Centre is near to the M3, M4, M25 and M40. Car parking is in high demand and should always be booked in advance. To book online visit

How much are tickets to the Fair?

Standard Advance Ticket to The Luxury Travel Fair are £14.50, whilst tickets that gain you entry to both The Luxury Travel Fair and Spirit of Christmas Fair are £19.50.

Children aged 12-16 can attend at the discounted price of £9.50 and children under 12 can attend for free.

All advance tickets are subject to a £2.50 Booking Fee.

I have a ticket to Luxury Travel Fair, can I also attend the Spirit of Christmas Fair?

If you would like to attend Spirit of Christmas Fair during your visit, you can purchase a joint ticket in advance, or if you have purchased a Luxury Travel Fair only ticket you can upgrade at the box office located at the entrance on the day.
