Sarah Leigh Bannerman is the commerce editor at Condé Nast Traveller UK where she mananges, writes, curates and commissions hotel reviews and round-up content, as well as rental properties and retail. She visits Ibiza and Formentera at least once a year to explore new hotel openings and the ever-changing wellness offering on the islands, and this year she's branching out to Menorca for the first time. Trips look a little different now she has two-year-old twins in tow a lot of the time, but UK staycations and family-friendly hotel stays make the weekends worth waiting for. Next on the travel wishlist are Thailand, Canouan and a trip to Finnish Lapland.
