Kate Austen, Resturant Partner

Introducing our brand-new chef, Kate Austen. As the youngest female Head Chef of a two Michelin-starred kitchen, a main course winner on BBC2’s Great British Menu, the first woman in the show’s history to win the main course, you'll want to make sure you get a seat at her table! Kate's culinary journey has taken her from the acclaimed Restaurant AOC in Copenhagen to Sweden’s three Michelin-starred Frantzén. She was a senior development chef for Gordon Ramsay and currently works as a private chef, and brings a bold, modern British style to everything she creates. This year, she’ll be cooking up a very British storm in the Spirit Restaurant, from light lunches to flavour-packed classics.

Just A Drop

Just A Drop, Official Charity Partner

Just a Drop is an international development charity organisation working to bring sustainable safe water, sanitation, and hygiene projects to communities around the world, transforming lives. Since starting back in 1998, they have reached nearly two million people in 33 countries. With your support and donations, they'll be able to support 280 people in the Mumbwa District of Central Province of Zambia where people experience true poverty caused by a lack of safe water. Communities are forced to collect water from a hand-dug well and streams that are shared with livestock and ponds that appear during the rainy season.
