Q: When is the Fair?
A: The Luxury Travel Fair 2025 runs from Thursday 6 - Sunday 9 November.

Q: What are the Fair opening times?  
A:  Thursday 6 November: 10am – 5pm
      Friday 7 November: 10am - 5pm
      Saturday 8 November: 10am – 5pm
      Sunday 9 November: 10am – 4.30pm

Q: Can children come to the Fair? 
A: Yes. Children under 12 can enter the Fair for free. A ticket must be purchased for children 12 and over. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: There is a strict no-dog policy at Olympia, with the exception of police and assistance dogs.

Q: How much are tickets?
A: The ticket prices for The Luxury Travel Fair range start from £23 when booking in advance. On-The-Door tickets start from £26.

Q: Can I buy tickets on the door at the Fair?
A: Yes, tickets are available to be purchased at the door, however, to save you time and money, buying in advance is more convenient and offers better prices. 

Q. I'm having issues with my booking. Who should I contact?
A: For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterward please get in touch with SeeTickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

This has a 48-hour response time on all contact through the form, and the same-day response if the event is in 3 days or less.

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A: Yes, if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own, to the extent that a helper is needed, then a carer can be admitted free of charge onsite to assist you.


To help us ensure that these tickets are made available to those with these genuine needs, you will be asked to provide a copy of one of the following (jpg or png file max 4MB):
- Copy of DLA, PIP or Adult Disability Payment entitlement letter
- Evidence of registered severely sight-impaired (blind)
- CredAbility Access Card (with +1 icon)
- Copy of Attendance Allowance letter
- Recognised Assistance Dog ID card
- A current and valid blue badge
- Any other relevant documentation

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A: Yes, if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed, then a carer can be admitted free of charge onsite to assist you. You will need to provide proof of disability upon booking a carer ticket.

Q: Where are the wheelchair-accessible toilets located?
A: Male and female wheelchair-accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue. Please ask a member of the security staff if you are unable to locate these.

Q: Can I rent a wheelchair for use at the Fair?
A: A limited number of wheelchairs are available to hire. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance via the Olympia Contact Form here.

Q: What is the best way to get to Olympia?

Q: Will a cloakroom be accessible?
A: A cloakroom facility will be available. There is a small charge for this service.

A: There are food outlets all around the halls, offering everything from sandwiches to full 3-course meals. Further details can be found here.
