GENERAL QUESTIONS

Q: When is the Fair?
A: The Luxury Travel Fair 2022 runs from Thursday 3rd to Sunday 6th November.

Q: What are the Fair opening times?  
A:  Thursday 3 November: 10am – 5pm
      Friday 4 November: 10am - 5pm
      Saturday 5 November: 10am – 5pm
      Sunday 6 November: 10am – 4pm

Q: Can children come to the Fair? 
A: Yes. Children under 12 can enter the Fair for free. A ticket must be purchased for children 12 and over. Child (13-16): £16.00 Weekday / £18.00 Saturday or Sunday. Anyone under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult. 

Q: Can I bring my dog?
A: There is a strict no dog policy at Olympia, with the exception of police and assistance dogs.

TICKETS & BOOKING QUERIES

Q: How much are tickets?
A: The ticket prices for The Luxury Travel Fair range start from £23.50 when booking in advance. On-The-Door tickets start from £27.50. For information, please visit https://luxurytravelfair.seetickets.com/content/ticket-options

Q: Can I buy tickets on the door at the Fair?
A: Yes, tickets are available to be purchased at the door, however, to save you time and money, buying in advance is more convenient and offers better prices. 

Q. I'm having issues with my booking. Who should I contact?
A: For any questions regarding your ticket purchase, either during booking or afterward please get in touch with SeeTickets, our ticketing agent. They can be contacted using their Customer Service Portal.

This has a 48-hour response time on all contact through the form, and the same-day response if the event is in 3 days or less.

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A: Yes, if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed, then a carer can be admitted free of charge onsite to assist you. You will need proof of disability for your carer to be admitted when you arrive at the Fair. For more information on accessibility, wheelchair hire or blue badge parking, please see the Accessibility section below.

Q: I am a Condé Nast Magazine Subscriber, how do I redeem my ticket?
A: Simply follow the steps below:

1) Select the Condé Nast Subscriber option here
2) Enter the day you wish to attend 
3) You will then be prompted for your subscriber number (this will start with 0), all 12 digits must be entered, then click go to follow the steps to enter your details and complete the booking process.

Subscribers can receive two complimentary tickets to this year’s Fair. Please note there is a booking fee of £3.50 for standard weekday tickets, other ticket options and upgrades are available.

ACCESSIBILITY

Q: Can I book a ticket for my carer?
A: Yes, if you have a disability that restricts your ability to attend the Fair on your own, to the extent where a helper is needed, then a carer can be admitted free of charge onsite to assist you. You will need proof of disability for your carer to be admitted when you arrive at the Fair.

Q: Where are the wheelchair-accessible toilets located?
A: Male and female wheelchair-accessible toilets are provided throughout the venue. Please ask a member of the security staff if you are unable to locate these.

Q: How can I get assistance during my visit?
A: If you have any queries or need assistance during your visit, please get in touch with any member of the Olympia staff who will be happy to help. If you have any questions regarding the accessibility of this site, please contact the Olympia team here or visit the Olympia website for further information.

Q: What parking facilities are available for Blue Badge holders?
A: A limited number of disabled parking bays are available in the venue car park for blue badge holders. These are allocated upon a first come first serve basis, however it is best to pre-book a space online in advance. Book through Olympia here.

Q: Can I rent a wheelchair for use at the Fair?
A: A limited number of wheelchairs are available to hire on receipt of a refundable security deposit. We recommend that wheelchairs are booked in advance by calling 020 7385 1200. Your wheelchair can then be ready for you on arrival at the venue.

TRAVEL & THE VENUE

Q: What is the best way to get to Olympia?
A: There are several options available to get to Olympia. Full travel details can be found on the Plan Your Visit page.

Q: How much is parking?
A: Parking at the venue is operated and managed by Olympia (not the Fair). Visit the Olympia website for more information and to pre-booking your space. Please note booking cannot be made more than four months in advance.

Q: Will a cloakroom be accessible?
A: A cloakroom facility will be available. There is a small charge for this service. 

Q: Where can I eat?
A: There are food outlets all around the halls, offering everything from sandwiches to full 3-course meals. Further details can be found here.

Q: Are there hotels near Olympia?
A: Yes. There is a selection of hotels around the venue and many more across West London. Further options can be found here
