We’re thrilled to welcome back celebrated chef Kate Austen to the Spirit Restaurant for 2026! A Great British Menu finalist and the first woman to win the show’s main course, Kate brings bold British flavours and elegant seasonal dishes to the table - from light lunches to reimagined classics.
