This year, we’re thrilled to welcome celebrated chef Kate Austen to the Spirit Restaurant. A Great British Menu finalist and the first woman to win the show’s main course, Kate brings bold British flavours and elegant seasonal dishes to the table - from light lunches to reimagined classics.

And for something sweet? Treat yourself to a traditional Afternoon Tea complete with delicate finger sandwiches, dainty cakes, and warm scones.
