In her career, she has been the youngest female Head Chef of a two-starred restaurant in the world, is now a Great British Menu finalist, and the first woman to win the main course on the show, so you'll want to make sure you get a seat at her table!
Kate's culinary journey has taken her from the acclaimed Restaurant AOC in Copenhagen to Sweden’s three Michelin-starred Frantzén. She was a senior development chef for Gordon Ramsay and currently works as a private chef, and brings a bold, modern British style to everything she creates. This year, she’ll be cooking up a very British storm in the Spirit Restaurant, from light lunches to flavour-packed classics.
