Exhibitors at The Luxury Travel Fair meet dedicated luxury travellers, gain excellent brand awareness and can take advantage of superb industry networking opportunities. You’ll also reach the affluent visitors to The Spirit of Christmas Fair, running adjacently at Olympia.
We make it easy to exhibit by providing you with a ready-made stand including furniture. As an exhibitor we can assist you with your preparations for The Luxury Travel Fair and help plan your participation whilst ensuring a smooth run up to the event.
The Luxury Travel Fair is dedicated to creating an environment which reflects the quality of the products to be showcased. With limited availability of space and a commitment to deliver an exclusive event, potential exhibitors will be assessed by our selection committee (including representatives from Condé Nast Traveller Magazine and The Luxury Travel Fair). The process will ensure quality and mix of exhibitors. All applicants will be required to submit product information in the form of their company brochure or website, and a high standard of presentation at the Fair is expected.
