For Season 2025, after nine years of numerous accolades and amazing partnerships with the most innovative chefs in Greek history, the restaurant will be celebrating its 10th Anniversary, with celebrity Chef Dimitris Skarmoutsos, who laid its’ foundation stone in 2016 for a long standing success.

Tasting Menus

Greek culinary tradition is the inspiration behind each dish, where the country’s past meets the present, in respect to local heritage. Seasonal vegetables transcend the volcanic taste of Santorini anhydrous terroir, extra virgin olive oil and citrus flavors blend mediterranean aromas and fresh seafood offers a dive in the aegean culture. Guests choose between several exquisite tasting menus, including old time favorites such as the famous moussaka or the decadent baklava, experiencing a grand feast for the senses. 

Sunset Wine Tasting

The Athenian House currently owns one of the largest vintage collections of Santorini wines, with rare bottles of assyrtiko, nychteri, aidani & mavrotragano from the most renown wineries on the island. The list also includes wines from century-old vineyards, grown on Greek terroirs by the country’s most prestigious winemakers. The best Greek wines can be enjoyed as flights or pairings during dinner and also over private wine tasting experiences during sunset.

The Evzon Bar

The Evzon Bar is an  homage to cocktails inspired by local Greek distillery, celebrating the richness of Greek nature. Signature Cocktails are prepared with premium Greek spirits, such as Mastiha, Ouzo, Tsipouro & Vinsanto. The Botanical Garden Selection, created exclusively for our guests, consists of a trilogy of three Gin cocktails, perfumed with Greek botanics & infused with artisanal gins produced in Greece. The cocktails’ menu is complemented by a premium selection of aged rare spirits from around the world.
